The Holiday house is placed on a hill that dominates the Golf course of 27 holesof the Is Molas Golf Club in Pula. In the South of the Island the villa is on two floors. The panorama is pure Mediterranean that can be discovered passing magnificent hours under the wide patio.

The day and night areas are splitted from perfect spaces. In the day area there is a wonderful and wide livingroom, a cosy kitchen from where you can reach the patio, through a corridor there is the master bedroom and its bathroom. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, the bathroom and the laundry room.

Prices include consumptions towels and bed linen, naturally included also the changeover that usually takes place on Saturday. Prices do not include, to be paid on spot in the arrival date, the final cleanings of Euro 220.00 and the deposit guarantee of Euro 600.00 that will be returned back on the departure date. The stay tax is not included in the price, the amount of Euro 0.50 per person per night. Are exempt from the payment Children up to 12 years old. The tax will not be applied from the 16th day for stays longer than 15 consecutive days without interruption in the Santa Margherita di Pula and Is Molas Holidy Houses. The week of August 13th to 20th must be combined with the previous or the next.
