The living area at the ground floor welcomes you with a wide living room with fire place, a bathroom and a functional kitchen with laundry. On the same floor there is a single bedroom that faces the garden and the patio, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and ensuite bedroom with walking closet. The ensuite bedroom has a lovely terrace that faces the garden. At the first floor, the bedrooms are distributed along a hallway, two bedrooms, which share a lovely balcony offering a fantastic view, and a bathroom. All around the villa are spacious patios, equipped to spend evenings to remember every day. The villa is surrounded by a garden of almost 3.000 sqm that offers the intensity and the energy of the Mediterranean sea, in the amazing summer season and in the hot intimacy of the Sardinian winter season.
Prices include towels and linen, also the changeover that usually takes place Saturday. Prices do not include, to be paid in loco on the arrival date, Euro 250,00 for the final cleanings, Euro 50,00 weekly consumptions and Euro 800,00 for the deposit guarantee that will be returned on the departure date. The stay tax is not included in the price, the amount of Euro 0.50 per person per night. Are exempt from the payment Children up to 12 years old. The tax will not be applied from the 16th day for stays longer than 15 consecutive days without interruption.
In the South West of Sardinia, long the S.S 195 at the 37,800 km there is the ‘Comunione Pineta Is Morus’, near to the Fort Village, to the Is Morus Hotel, to the Is Molas Golf Club and only 15 minutes by car from the beautiful Chia beaches. Pineta Is Morus is a private complex characterized by Mediterranean pine woods and other Mediterranean plants and oleanders. The access to the complex is reserved to the only owners of the villas or to the residents.
In the complex there is a very well equipped sport center with a club house and a playground. During the summer season in the sport center are possible to reserve the tennis court, the soccer court, the basket court and the volley court. The beach is reserved to the residents and during the summer season is equipped by a kiosk and its possible to buy drinks, ice cream and snacks. Pineta Is Morus is served by a furnished market that opens every day and offers other fresh products like bread, fruit, vegetable, milk, sweets, news paper and tobaccos.
