The villa, whose construction was completed in December 2003, is finished externally with plaster and stone field split, jambs and lintels of granite, aged tiles, chimneys typical of chestnut and stone pillars, window frames and shutters in wood, galvanized wrought iron railings and tiled floors around swimming pools, all in the style of their own places. Villa Smeraldina has a covered area of 150 square meters divided on one level. The interiors are finished with materials of great value such as Cotto d'Este, for the floors, and the typical Cerasarda, for the bathrooms. Villa Smeraldina consists of large living room with tapestries typical of the Costa Smeralda, a kitchen fully equipped, 1 double bedroom with bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 beds in wrought iron enamel that can be combined, and 1 bathroom.
Prices include all the consumptions, towels and bed linen weekly change that takes place on Saturday. Prices do not include, to be paid locally, on arrival is the final cleaning of Euro 500.00 and a deposit of Euro 1500.00 which will be returned upon departure. Occupancy tax is not included in the rate, if requested it must be paid by the clients at the departure.
