This small hilly area, known as Miata, is not far from the sea (400 meters). It is the perfect place for travelers searching for a relaxing holiday, who simultaneously wish to reach the most important restaurants and bars of the Coast, along with the most trendy shops and the most efficient ports. The villa was completed in 2003. It has a surface area of almost 150 square meters and it's divided on two levels with independent access.
Villa Corbezzolo features: patio, garden and swimming pool with a lovely view of the sea. On the first floor: large living room, kitchen, 1 double bedroom with bathroom, 1 twin bedroom with single beds and 1 bathroom.
Prices include all the consumptions, towels and bed linen weekly change that takes place on Saturday. Prices do not include, to be paid locally on arrival, the final cleaning of Euro 500.00 and a deposit of Euro 1500.00 which will be returned upon departure. Occupancy tax is not included in the rate, if requested it must be paid by the clients at the departure.
